Peerbridge Health Receives FDA Clearance for Cor MDx, the Platform Built for the Future of Cardiac Care

The wearable is built to capture the signal fidelity that cardiac care demands, from hospital discharge through recovery at home and follow-up in clinic.

FRANKLIN, Tenn., September 14, 2026 – Peerbridge Health today announced FDA 510(k) clearance of Peerbridge Cor MDx, the next generation of its ambulatory ECG wearable. Cor MDx records continuous, multi-channel ECG for up to 14 days for review by clinicians, and it is the foundation on which the company is building its cardiac intelligence platform. Cor MDx is commercially available now and replaces the company’s first-generation Cor device.

The launch reflects Peerbridge’s broader mission to move cardiac care upstream. Cardiac decline is not a single event. It emerges across interconnected mechanisms: electrical, structural, functional, hemodynamic, and neurohormonal. Today those mechanisms are assessed with isolated tools that produce episodic snapshots, lack connectivity to one another, and rarely reach a patient before an acute event occurs.

Peerbridge believes the next era of cardiac care will be defined by earlier visibility, smarter escalation, and more connected decision-making across care environments, supported by high-fidelity physiologic data that follows the patient from hospital or emergency department discharge through recovery at home and follow-up in clinic.

Built on Peerbridge’s patented multi-channel architecture, Cor MDx captures ECG with the fidelity to preserve waveform morphology, P-wave definition, and beat-to-beat variability. That fidelity is what supports reliable rhythm interpretation by clinicians today, and it is the same signal Peerbridge is using to evaluate broader physiologic insight in ongoing clinical studies.

Peerbridge is developing additional AI-enabled clinical indications on the Cor MDx platform. Ejection fraction severity is currently under evaluation in ongoing clinical studies, and obstructive sleep apnea is part of the company's near-term clinical roadmap. Both are being developed on the same wearable and signal architecture that Cor MDx uses today. They are investigational, not part of the current clearance, and have not been cleared or approved by FDA.

Cor MDx supports up to 14 days of continuous wear with extended battery life, uses a more flexible and breathable form factor designed to fit a wider range of body types and improve wearability, and pairs with a bring-your-own-device mobile app for iPhone and Android, eliminating the need for a separate gateway phone.
